As we dive down within the sea, spiritual energy ascends up our chakras.

Deep meditation is a multilevel dive exercise that takes advantage of the healing nature of water. In ancient times, seekers of enlightenment used to go high into the mountains to meditate. As the world's population increased, seekers had to climb even higher. Today we can't go high enough! Even the Himalayan peaks do not breach the darkness of our planet's aura. So we can't go up. But what we can do is go down!

During your descent on this multilevel dive, you will shift your focus to the correlating chakras. You will observe the awareness of your navel center as you reach 33 feet. Because water cuts aura, the deeper you go, the higher your spiritual energy can ascend. When you descend to about 33 feet, significantly less aura presses on your energy body.

At this depth, it is much easier to open your navel center. Continue the focus on your navel center as you keep descending.

Then you will observe the awareness of your heart center when you reach 66 feet. When you descend to about 66 feet, there is even less aura pressing on your subtle physical body. At this depth it is much easier to open your heart center. Continue the focus on your heart center as you keep descending.

Finally you will observe the awareness of your third eye as you reach 99 feet. That's where we'll stop our descent. When you descend to about 99 feet, again a tremendous amount of aura is lessened from pressing on you. At this depth, it is much easier to open your third eye. So as you go down, the easier it is to bring your energy up. Remain at 99 feet with a soft focus on the third eye for 10 minutes or for the maximum bottom time according to your dive computer. Then ascend to 66 feet and focus on the heart center for about 10 minutes. Then ascend to 33 feet and focus on the navel center for about 20 minutes. Finally, do a safety stop and ascend to the surface.
